How We Got Here
TruFlo started as a small, family-run Houston HVAC company back in 2000. What began as a one-truck operation grew steadily through referrals, repeat customers, and a simple approach: do honest work at a fair price.
Over the years, the next generation stepped in to modernize operations while keeping the same values that built the business. We recently rebranded from Popular A/C & Heating to TruFlo Mechanical—a name that better reflects who we are today.
“Tru” stands for truth, honesty, and integrity. “Flo” represents the airflow, efficiency, and comfort we deliver to every home and business we serve. Same team, same values, same number. Just a clearer name for what we’ve always been.
