Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://truflohvac.com and any related services, communications, and text-messaging programs (collectively, the “Services”) operated by TruFlo Mechanical LLC(“TruFlo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, contacting us, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who We Are

TruFlo Mechanical LLC is a family-owned, Texas-licensed HVAC contractor based in Houston, Texas (TACL #TACLB23855E). TDLR License TACLB23855E is held by co-owner Sotero Bonilla. TruFlo Mechanical LLC operates under that license. We provide residential and light-commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, indoor air quality, and ductwork services across the Houston metro area.

Use of the Website

You may use the website to learn about our services, submit a contact request, view service area information, and communicate with us. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to:

(a) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, our systems, or other users’ data; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; or (d) use the Services to harass, threaten, or violate the rights of any person.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Service Estimates, Quotes, and Appointments

Quotes, diagnostic fees, and service descriptions on the website or in messages from us are estimates only. A final price is provided after on-site diagnosis. You authorize repair or installation work only by signing a written or electronic service authorization. Diagnostic fees are disclosed before dispatch and currently begin at $65.

Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to weather, prior jobs running long, or emergencies. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you by phone or text as soon as possible.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program description: TruFlo operates an SMS messaging program used to (i) confirm and remind you about scheduled HVAC service appointments, (ii) notify you when a technician is en route, (iii) deliver quotes, invoices, and service follow-ups, and (iv) only if you separately ask us for them, send occasional seasonal maintenance reminders and promotional offers. There is no way to sign up for promotional texts on this website. Messages come from TruFlo A/C & Heating at (713) 545-8062.

Opt-in / consent: You expressly consent to receive text messages from TruFlo at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, when you do any of the following: check the text-message consent box on our contact form; check the appointment texting consent box in our online booking form; text us first at (713) 545-8062; or give us verbal consent when you book by phone or sign a service authorization that includes SMS consent. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Texting is required to complete a booking on our website, because we verify your number with a one-time code, so call us at (713) 545-8062 if you would rather book without texts.

Opt-in record: When you consent through one of the checkboxes above, we keep a record of that consent. The record includes the date and time, the method used, the page address, the version of the consent wording shown to you, the wording itself, the mobile number you consented for, your name where we already have it, and, once a booking is confirmed, the appointment reference. We send the record to our office by email and keep it with our office email records. The version of the consent wording currently in use is sms-consent-v2-2026-09-03.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service activity with us. These are the frequency notes shown next to each consent checkbox, word for word.

Contact form: Messages come from TruFlo A/C & Heating at (713) 545-8062. Message frequency varies, usually fewer than 10 messages per month.

Booking form: Messages come from TruFlo A/C & Heating at (713) 545-8062. Message frequency varies by appointment, usually 3 to 6 messages per job.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. TruFlo does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send a confirmation message and will not send you any additional messages unless you opt in again. STOP stops every kind of text from us, not only the kind you replied to, including appointment reminders and technician arrival alerts. You can also tell us to stop by phone or email.

Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share SMS-related data only with subprocessors that help us operate the program (our messaging provider Telnyx, which delivers the texts, Housecall Pro, which holds the appointment and customer records the texts are generated from, and Resend, which delivers your consent record to our own office mailbox) and only to the extent needed to deliver messages to you and keep the record of your opt-in.

Accurate information: You represent that you are the subscriber of the mobile number you provide, or that you are authorized to provide that number and consent on the subscriber’s behalf. You agree to notify us promptly if your number changes.

Intellectual Property

The website, including all text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to TruFlo Mechanical LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the website or its content without our prior written permission. TruFlo™, the TruFlo logo, and “Tru Comfort. Tru Honesty. TruFlo.” are trademarks of TruFlo Mechanical LLC.

Disclaimers

The website and any informational content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. HVAC service work is governed by the separate written or electronic service authorization you sign with us.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruFlo Mechanical LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the website or messaging program. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms (excluding work performed under a signed service authorization) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TruFlo Mechanical LLC from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
